This wine is a result of the blending of 100% Monterey grapes from two of the best vineyards in California, Paraiso Springs Vineyard and Santa Lucia Highlands, Monterey. This 2005 vintage reveals aromas of apricot, honey, and wildflowers. The rich mouth greets the palate with fresh fruit flavors of pear and green apple. This elegant wine balances natural acidity and sweetness.
