2007 Dolomiti Pinot Bianco is brilliant straw yellow colour with a green tint. Very fine, fruity (apples, peaches), forward varietal aroma. Pronounced, clean, elegant, grapey flavour, light to medium-bodied with a fresh mouth-watering finish.

Origin: Selected vineyard sites in the southern part of the Alto Adige (Salorno, Magrè and Pochi) area and most northern part of the Trentino area, at an altitude of 300 to 500 metres (980 - 1,650 feet); sandy and stony soil; quite cool mesoclimate with big variations between day and night temperatures.
Age of the vines: 10 - 35
Harvest: Early September 2007
Yeld: 60 hl / ha
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by maturation on the fine lees for 3 months.
Alcohol: 12,5 % by vol.
Acidità: 5,3 g / l
