Our Sauvignon Blanc has a unique, fresh mineral character
as well as showcasing the outstanding flavours that have
helped make Marlborough famous – gooseberry, passionfruit,
citrus and grass. The wine is further enhanced by 10% barrel
fermentation in old French oak giving added richness and
depth.

Drink early for freshness or, for interest, cellar a few bottles
for up to 4 years to develop more honeyed tones.
