Mysterious ruby

PALATE
Spicy raspberry and luscious blueberry are woven together for a rounded mid-palate and lengthy tannins. Time will do nothing but improve this savory wine.

BOUQUET
Sweet bramble, raspberry and plum fruits with spicy earth and soft oak overtones.

WINE NOTES
Originating from a single vineyard owned and operated by Conte family in Shepparton, Central Victoria, grab the initial release in the Marquee Romance Series. 75% spicy Shiraz seduced by 25% full bodied Cab. Hand Picked and processed at Silver Wings the wines were then aged in small French & American Oak for twelve months to ensure a smooth, balanced flavor.
