L'Aventure Optimus 2005


Cépage; 51% Syrah, 44% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Petit Verdot. This wine is deep ruby, from center to edge, with the classic Optimus nose of cassis, blueberry and cola. Broad flavors on the pallate of tar, dark berries and licorice, with a long delicious finish. This Optimus is incredibly complex and elegant and will drink well for the next 10 years.
