Appellation: Russian River Valley: 75% Lions Ridge & 25% Gregori Vineyard
Clones: 174, 470 & 877.
Yield: 2.75 tons per acre
Vine age: 5 years
Harvest date: October 11th & 13th
Harvest brix: 25.8 & 24.9

Winemaking
Hand harvested grapes, sorted in the vineyard & winery. 30% whole cluster fermentation.
Native yeast fermentation and native malolactic fermentation in barrel.
Aged 17 months in French oak barrels, 40% new.
Bottled unfined and unfiltered on April 6th, 2007.

371 cases of 750ml, 14 cases of magnums, 12 x 3 Liter, 1 x 5 Liter

Distinctive for peach and nectarine flavors that are intense, focused, lively and persistent, with mouthwatering acidity and a long, persistent finish that echoes mineral and citrus and adds just a pinch of butterscotch. Drink now through 2012. 558 cases made. –JL
