Made exclusively from tempranillo grapes coming from vines of thirty-five years old on average, hand picked and selected in the winery. Whole bunches, without de-stalking are macerated for twenty-two days. Maturation in Allier (70%) and American (30%) oak barrels during thirteen months. Bottled without filtration.
