Cracked black pepper is the first thing emanating from the glass backed up by a chorus of cherry, anise, and chocolaty undertones. Cabernet Franc's spiciness shines through the core of dark red and blue fruits found in the wine. The palate has more blueberry and dark cherry laced with chocolate and spice. The tannins are firm and full on the palate while maintaining an elegance to the overall structure. The wine finishes like cherry pie with a dance of cherries, clove, & allspice.
