A very young, floral style Riesling nose. Shrivelled grapes rather than Botrytis character. A hint of lavender. On the palate it really seems to confirm that its not Botrytised but rather a shrivelled grape concentrated style. Much more of a floral aspect, particularly lavender. Very aromatic. High acidity. It could be an ice wine, very nice, but not all that complex. Relatively one dimensional. Terrific wine. Almost overly aromatic. Floral. Really, really packed with personality. Flavours of mandarin syrup. An extraordinary intensity and characters. Very sweet but just so much personality. Great wine.
