Distillation
With an antique potstill composed of copper cauldrons, it runs by means of stream and the distillation cycle is discountinous: the Marc is loaded into the cauldrons and distilled. After about three hours, the processed marc is replaced and the cycle begins again. Service: it is suggested to serve the distillate in a small tulip-shaped glass at a temperature of 50-59^F. Not cold but cool.
+ Aromatic grappa: single variety.
+ Marc: from white Muscat grapes (Euganei hills)
+ Aroma: citrus fruit, orange flowers.
+ Taste: Mellow, taste and broad.
